Pick up

You have chosen the option "pick up at Brouwcafé Frontaal". Unless
otherwise indicated on the website, you can pick up the order on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday from 12:00 (during
opening hours) on presentation of your order confirmation. Please keep in mind that you'll receive an email when your order is ready for pick up.
The order will remain valid for three months after the order date. After
that it is no longer possible to pick up the order.

Shipment

Shipping costs
€ 6.95 shipping costs will be charged for orders within the Netherlands.

Shipping method
Our orders will be delivered by PostNL. The packages are sent under the conditions of PostNL. If you choose to pick up the order at the beer shop of at Brouwcafé Frontaal, no shipping costs will be charged.

To order

Delivery address
Frontaal only delivers to residential addresses within the Netherlands. Frontaal does not deliver to PO box or freepost number.

Different delivery address
During the order you can specify the desired delivery address. You can have the package delivered to a different address. Surprise the recipient with an original gift! 

Delivery time
We strive to ship the order as soon as possible after payment has been received. Orders will be send out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Different delivery times may apply around extra busy periods such as holidays and product launches. As soon as we have handed over your package to the sender, we can no longer influence the shipping process. 

Stock
We try to indicate as well as possible whether an item is in stock with us.

Guarantee
Check your order within 2 working days of receipt. Please notify us in good time of any complaints.

The item is damaged

Report the damage to webshop@brouwerijfrontaal.nl You will be contacted as soon as possible. As described in our general terms and conditions, Frontaal is not responsible for the damage suffered during the delivery. We are happy to help you find a suitable solution.

The article is not as expected
Are you not satisfied? Please contact us as soon as possible via webshop@brouwerijfrontaal.nl. Then we will look for a suitable solution. Please state the order number.

Returns
You can return an item, without giving any reason, within 14 days of receipt of your order. Send an email to webshop@brouwerijfrontaal.nl. State in the e-mail: name, address, city, invoice number and reason for return. Now that you have received the e-mail, Frontaal will contact you to make arrangements about the return.

The costs for returning are for your own account. If the product has arrived safely with us, the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account. The items must be returned in good condition. Articles must be complete, unused, undamaged, unworn and beer unopened. The item is, if possible, still in the original packaging. Gift cards cannot be returned. Returns are at your own risk.

Exchange
It is only possible to exchange your item (s) for a different size. Exchange is possible in the beer shop of Brouwcafé Frontaal. There you can exchange the item for a different size if in stock.
